Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Executive to assist with field operations, data collection, and on-site surveys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales and research activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate reporting of field information.
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working on the field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Recording

Assist in gathering accurate field data from customers, markets, or designated locations.

Record and maintain all collected information in databases, spreadsheets, or field logs.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all field data.
2. Surveys & On-Site Activities

Conduct surveys, interviews, and on-site observations as required by supervisors or research teams.

Engage with customers or participants in a professional and courteous manner.

Follow guidelines and protocols during field interactions.
3. Logistical Support

Assist in organizing transportation, scheduling, and coordination for field activities.

Ensure timely arrival and preparedness for field visits.

Support the team with materials, equipment, and other requirements.
4. Equipment & Safety Management

Maintain and monitor field equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Follow safety and ethical standards during all field operations.

Report any malfunctions or safety issues promptly.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit timely reports of field findings to supervisors or research teams.

Organize field documents, photographs, and other collected data for analysis.
