WE ARE HIRING
Process: GPay
PART TIME / FULL TIME*
ROLE : Field sales Executive
GENDER :  Male only
WORK : Google pay QR code, Onboarding and Revisit and soundbox
TARGET : No target TIMINGS : Work in any Free timings between( 8am to 9pm)
WEEKLY PAYOUT : Rs: 7,000  to Rs:9,000 
WORK LOCATIONS Overall Tamilnadu*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Visit retail shops, vendors, small and medium businesses, and service providers in the assigned territory to introduce GPay for Business.

  • Explain the benefits of accepting UPI payments through GPay, including cashback offers, ease of use, and integration features.

  • Collect necessary documents (such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank details) and assist merchants with the onboarding process through the GPay business app or portal.

  • Ensure successful activation of the merchant’s GPay account and verify test transactions when required.

2. Product Pitching and Education

  • Demonstrate how to use the GPay business app to accept and manage payments.

  • Educate merchants on the benefits of digital payments – such as better record-keeping, contactless transactions, instant settlements, and improved customer experience.

  • Answer queries related to app usage, security, transaction fees (if applicable), and troubleshooting.

  • Promote ongoing promotional offers or cashback schemes to encourage merchant retention and usage.

3. Daily Field Reporting and Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of daily visits, merchant onboarding status, and transaction updates.

  • Submit regular reports to the team lead or manager, including the number of onboardings, activations, and feedback received.

  • Use CRM tools or mobile apps to log merchant information and follow up on leads.

4. Relationship Building and Follow-up

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure regular use of GPay for business.

  • Identify potential high-value merchants for upselling or deeper engagement.

  • Collect feedback from merchants on challenges or suggestions and relay this to the product or support teams.

5. Compliance and Process Adherence

  • Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) documents collected are authentic and complete.

  • Follow company policies regarding data privacy, ethical sales practices, and reporting standards.

  • Stay informed about GPay’s latest features, compliance guidelines, and promotional campaigns.
