Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers and explain Nextera Solar's products and services.
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits across Pune.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Pune.
