Job Opening: Field Sales Executive
Location: Hubli–Dharwad (North Karnataka)
Travel: 4 days per week (field visits)
Bond: 1-year mandatory service bond
Target: Monthly sales target achievement required
About the Role:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in North Karnataka. The role involves frequent travel, direct interaction with farmers and dealers, product promotion, and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell agricultural equipment and solutions to farmers and dealers.
Travel across North Karnataka districts for product demos and farmer meetings (min. 4 days/week).
Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Submit daily/weekly reports and meet monthly sales targets.
Represent OJJHS Agro as a trusted partner for farmers.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Agriculture/Business preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong interest in agriculture sales can apply).
Good communication in Kannada, Hindi (English desirable).
Willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
Travel & Mobile Allowance.
Attractive Incentives on target achievement.
1-year service bond (mandatory).
