Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for visiting retail shops, supermarkets, and local vendors to promote and secure orders for our products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, and a strong understanding of the Bhayander and Mira Road markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and other potential clients within the assigned territory regularly.

Generate new orders and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Understand customer needs, provide product information, and negotiate pricing and terms.

Collect timely payments as per company policies.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned area.

Ensure proper product display and availability at the shop level.

Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior field sales experience in FMCG products is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Bhayander and Mira Road localities will be a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle customer objections confidently.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based sales applications is a plus.
