Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Kerala, India. The FieldSales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promotePaytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involvesbuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meetingsales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:● Sales activities● Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet salesquotas● Administrative tasks● Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and● update the CRM system● Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leadsTerritory management● Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basisMonitoring competitors● Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditionsFSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional salesmanager.Qualifications● Education: 12th and Any graduate.● Sales and Business Development skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Ability to build and maintain customer relationships● Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets● Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology● Ability to work independently and as part of a team● Fluency in Malayalam .● Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plusEligibility:Fresher or experienced● (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 College Passed outs can also apply)Salary : (Pay per Module - 80% of the plan sold will be your monthly salary)● Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Attractive incentivesShift Type● Day shiftWorking Days● Monday to SaturdayRequirement:● Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.● Should own a smartphone for work-related tasks.
