Position Details  Position 1: Field Sales Executive  - Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (Fresher’s Welcome)    Position 2: Senior Field Sales Executive  - Eligibility: Minimum 6 months of experience in any Sales domain
Job Location: Students must be comfortable relocating to Pune.Work Locations: Wagholi, Kharadi, Yerawada, Lohegaon, Viman Nagar, Wadgaon Sheri

Salary Structure  Field Sales Executive:  - CTC: ₹3,12,000 + Incentives (Includes PF, ESIC & other statutory benefits)    Senior Field Sales Executive:  - CTC: ₹3,72,000 + Incentives  (Includes PF, ESIC & other statutory benefits)
Key Responsibilities  - Visit merchants and onboard them for Paytm products like (QR codes scares & Sound box)  - Manage field sales and achieve daily/weekly targets  - Build and maintain strong merchant relationships  - Update sales reports and documentation - Promote Paytm’s digital payment products
Skills Required  - Good communication skills  - Basic sales understanding  - High energy for fieldwork  - Android phone & bike mandatory  - Problem-solving ability
- Joining Date: Immediate / Within 7–15 days
