Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in a designated territory. You will be responsible for meeting with clients in the field, building strong relationships, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
