Field Sales Executive
Job Description
• Dealing with channel partners (dealer & retailers)
• Site Visits and Lead Generation & tracking through SFDC/PJP compliance
• Attending Slab Casting & ILP Program
• Registration & Validation of new / inactive DMI in priority counters
• Activation of existing & new DMI in priority counters
Work Location: Jaleswar / Keonjhar / Mayurbhanj - Odisha, India
Payroll: Peoplepro Management Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Management
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.

Drive sales through effective partner engagement, product promotion, and availability management.

Conduct regular visits to counters and retail points to monitor sales activity and partner performance.
2. Site Visits & On-Ground Activation
-
Conduct field visits to project sites, counter locations, and channel partner premises as per PJP.

Attend and represent the brand during slab casting events, ensuring visibility and engagement with influencers such as contractors and masons.

Drive brand visibility and awareness at the site level and ensure effective branding materials are in place.
3. Lead Generation & Tracking
-
Generate leads through market mapping, influencer networks, and site visits.

Track and update leads using SFDC (Salesforce CRM) or designated lead tracking systems.

Ensure PJP compliance by adhering to the defined journey plans and logging visit data accurately.

Work closely with the marketing and lead conversion teams to move leads through the sales funnel.
4. ILP Program Execution

Promote and drive participation in ILP (Influencer Loyalty Programs) targeted at channel partners, contractors, and influencers.

Facilitate program registration, explain benefits, and support onboarding of new participants.

Monitor ongoing participation, collect feedback, and support redemption of rewards or incentives.
5. DMI Registration & Activation

Identify, register, and validate new and inactive DMIs (Dealer Managed Infrastructure) in priority counters.

Activate both new and existing DMIs through field engagement, training, and integration into channel workflows.

Ensure that DMIs meet operational and branding standards and are effectively contributing to sales targets.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering visits, sales activities, lead status, and program updates.

Share real-time feedback with the sales manager to support strategic decision-making.
