Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products to hospitals, distributors, and corporate healthcare institutions, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in the healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, persuasive, and able to manage field operations independently, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition

Visit hospitals, corporate healthcare institutions, and distributors to promote and sell products.

Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospital procurement teams and decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
2. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, distributors, and corporate clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product information, and post-sales support.

Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding product usage and benefits.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Territory Management

Plan and manage daily field schedules to maximize client visits and sales opportunities.

Map the territory, identify key accounts, and develop strategies for market penetration.

Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.

Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation from clients.
4. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Use upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase sales revenue.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Track sales metrics, revenue performance, and market trends.

Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory standards.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product management to ensure client requirements are met.
