- Customer Management:
- Identifying potential customers and building a sales pipeline.
- Managing leads and customers within a defined territory.
- Providing product demonstrations and installations.
- Providing after-sales support and resolving customer issues.
- Sales Strategy and Analysis:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Analyzing sales data and providing feedback to the sales team.
- Researching competitors and market trends.
- Providing competitive information and assisting with pricing negotiations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possessing technical knowledge of the medical devices and equipment being sold.
- Understanding medical procedures and the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Providing product demonstrations and explaining technical specifications.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
- Building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
- Actively listening to customer needs and addressing their concerns.

- Travel and Territory Management:
- Traveling to defined geographies to meet with customers.
