Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, capable of identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and successfully closing deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role combines hands-on field sales, marketing activation, and lead conversion responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of customer behavior, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales presentations, and achieving targets by converting warm and cold leads into long-term clients. You will serve as the frontline representative of the company, promoting products or services, building brand trust, and turning opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and approach potential customers through direct visits, networking, referrals, trade shows, and cold calling.

Generate and follow up on both B2B and B2C leads via digital platforms, inbound inquiries, and offline activities.

Understand and segment target markets to focus on high-potential clients and industries.
2. Field Sales Execution:

Visit potential and existing clients at their locations to demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and address any objections.

Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and business objectives.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations for individual consumers and business decision-makers.
3. Lead Conversion & Deal Closure:

Effectively manage the sales funnel from inquiry to close, including needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and follow-up.

Close deals with both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B), meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM software or sales tracking tools.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale, assisting with onboarding or after-sales service when needed.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and align marketing strategies with on-ground insights.

Identify gaps in the market and suggest new opportunities for business development.
6. Reporting & Strategy:

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads generated, visits conducted, sales closed, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to align field efforts with overall business goals.

Contribute to territory planning, sales forecasting, and business strategy discussions.
