Job Description
As a CASA Sales Executive (Officer Sales 1), you will be part of Axis Bank’s frontline sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers, sell banking & third-party products, and drive business growth. This is a field sales role that involves meeting potential customers daily, conducting marketing activities, and achieving defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Acquire new customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA).

Sell banking and third-party products as per customer needs.

Conduct local marketing activities and daily field visits to meet prospective customers.

Contact existing customers to generate additional deposits and cross-sell products.
-
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
-
Maintain records of customer interactions in the Bank’s CRM system.
-
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and certification requirements (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).

Participate in learning & development programs and complete mandatory certifications.
-
Support and contribute to initiatives undertaken by the Bank from time to time.

Graduate from a recognized institute (freshers can apply).

Good communication skills (English & Hindi – both verbal & written).

Strong sales orientation with excellent lead generation & conversion skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.
-
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
-
Must own a compatible Android/iOS smartphone.
-
Two-wheeler preferred.
