Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting new clients and approaching potential customers in assigned areas or territories.

Research and target potential leads by gathering information on prospective businesses, their needs, and challenges.

Use a variety of methods, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research, to generate leads.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers, acting as a primary point of contact.

Schedule regular visits to customers to maintain rapport, understand their needs, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to any concerns or issues.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to clients in person, effectively conveying product benefits and value propositions.

Tailor presentations to the specific needs and requirements of each client to maximize interest and close sales.

Provide accurate and detailed information on product features, pricing, and terms of sale.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring business growth within your designated region.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory.

Track progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales quotas.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with potential customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals by finalizing contracts and completing the sale process.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional queries or concerns.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned region to stay ahead of market developments.

Gather feedback from clients and potential customers to improve sales strategies and identify market demands.

Identify opportunities to position the company’s products and services against competitors effectively.

Reporting and Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client meetings, and customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

Complete all required administrative tasks such as submitting expense reports, updating sales pipelines, and tracking inventory or order status.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure that clients’ needs are addressed and the sales process runs smoothly.

Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to assist in product development, customer service, and marketing strategies.
