Job Summary
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct interactions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure post-sales satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategy improvements.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
