Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to promote our telecom services, including Broadband, Mobile, and Fiber connections. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong passion for sales and business development.
This role involves fieldwork, brand promotion, and direct customer engagement. You will represent the company in apartments, residential societies, commercial complexes, and public areas to generate leads, onboard new customers, and ensure maximum reach for our telecom products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Promote company telecom products, including Broadband, Mobile, Fiber Internet plans, and other related services.

Conduct door-to-door promotions, society visits, and field campaigns to attract potential customers.

Identify new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.

Explain service plans, offers, and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

Maintain daily follow-ups with interested customers to ensure closures.
2. Field Marketing & Promotions

Set up kiosks, stalls, and marketing setups in apartments, malls, and residential complexes.

Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness.

Participate in field activities, including kiteing, roadshows, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan local events and campaigns that drive higher customer engagement.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing exceptional service.

Listen to customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans or offers.

Handle customer objections confidently and provide effective solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction to improve retention and encourage referrals.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Share daily updates on leads generated, prospects visited, and deals closed with the reporting manager.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation, and post-sales support.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic understanding of telecom services, broadband, and fiber technologies.

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mobile-based CRM tools.

Ability to manage digital reports and maintain accurate customer data.

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.
