Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, result-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, explaining property details, and closing sales deals. This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, market understanding, and the ability to work independently.

You will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets by actively promoting residential or commercial real estate projects, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and participation in promotional events or exhibitions.

  • Identify potential buyers and investors through local market visits, networking, or digital sources.

  • Distribute brochures, property flyers, and conduct door-to-door campaigns to raise awareness about ongoing projects.

  • Collaborate with tele-calling or digital marketing teams to follow up on incoming leads.

2. Site Visits & Client Meetings

  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.

  • Explain project features, pricing, layout plans, amenities, loan options, and legal documents clearly and confidently.

  • Provide clients with accurate information and resolve their doubts related to project location, specifications, and approvals.

  • Ensure client comfort during site visits and coordinate logistics where needed.

3. Sales Closing & Documentation

  • Negotiate and finalize deals by understanding client requirements and offering suitable project solutions.

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Coordinate with CRM/legal/documentation teams for processing bookings, agreement preparation, and payment follow-up.

  • Maintain complete records of customer interactions, bookings, and status updates using CRM or Excel trackers.

4. Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, upcoming launches, and promotional offers.

  • Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent service and post-sales support.

  • Attend customer meetings and feedback sessions when needed.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date with local property rates, competing projects, market trends, RERA regulations, and government schemes.

  • Gather competitor insights regarding pricing, inventory, and customer schemes.

  • Share valuable feedback with the sales and marketing teams for improving positioning or promotional strategies.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability

  • Presentable personality with confidence in face-to-face interactions

  • Familiarity with real estate terms, localities, legal processes, and loan documentation

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphones

  • Must be self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented

  • Good command of local language + English or Hindi
