Go to the market and click the picture of vacant property and capture the number of vacant property owner or builder manage the inventory lead generation
Must be graduate with excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, must have two wheeler and a valid licence, smart phone

Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Relevant Experience in Real estate sector

Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets

Provide the best possible solution to customers.

To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Negotiate terms and close the deal.

Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
