Field Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of digital products, features and its benefits.

• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, messages, emailing and visiting the client.

• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

• Generate the leads by calling and visiting the client.

• Meet the Client and explain the  service details and try to convince the client.

• Follow up the leads and made conversions

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional after-sales service.

• Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of the sales cycle.

• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Proven sales experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Self motivated and driven

• Exceptional customer service skills.
