Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Home Loan to generate leads, meet potential customers, and drive sales of home loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of financial products, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Description:
  • Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
  • Maximize sales through a builder channel and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
  • Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.


    • Desired Candidate Profile: 

  • MBA fresher candidates with Home Loan & sales knowledge.
  • Min 6 months home loan sales experience for graduate candidates.

    • Criteria: 
    •  Age : 21 Year to 32 Year
    • Qualification : Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Sales)
    • Fresher CTC : 2.00 - 3.00 LPA 
    • Experience CTC : 2.50 LPA -  3.39 LPA
    • Experience : 1 year Min exp in HL/ Fresher with MBA Marketing & Sales
