Job Description
Position Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting potential clients in person, demonstrating products or services, generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Acquisition

Visit prospective customers at their location (retailers, dealers, business owners, households, etc.) to pitch products/services.

Identify new markets and customer needs in the assigned territory.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, door-to-door visits, or scheduled appointments.

Present product features and benefits effectively to help customers make informed decisions.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion

Build a list of prospective clients through market research, referrals, and field visits.

Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.

Convert interested prospects into confirmed customers and close deals efficiently.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales support.

Provide product training or demonstrations when required.

Build customer trust and encourage repeat business.
4. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, and sales performance.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and attend review meetings.

Provide market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the management team.
5. Target Achievement

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work independently to manage time, territory, and priorities effectively.

Follow up with clients to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction post-purchase.
