Experience: 1–3 Years in field
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Office Address:
7/A Pocket, Mawana Road, Aman Vihar, Rajpura,
Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve product sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional and field activities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and product trends.
- Submit daily reports and regularly update the team on field activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers to close and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience (preferably field ).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
