Job Description

Field Sales Executive job for a FMCG & Dairy Product. Attractive Salary, Incentives & Bonus will be given. Job Location is in Pune City.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and acquire new retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
Promote and sell FMCG & dairy products to existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop sales strategies to increase product penetration in the market.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Address customer complaints, feedback, and service issues.
Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and follow-ups.

3. Market Research & Brand Visibility

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Gather market insights and share with the management for strategy improvement.
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and in-store promotions.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of daily sales, customer interactions, and order status.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting.

5. Payment Collection & Credit Management

Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from retailers.
Ensure proper documentation for invoices, sales receipts, and account statements.
