Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Promote and sell FMCG & dairy products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase product penetration in the market.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Address customer complaints, feedback, and service issues.
- Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and follow-ups.
3. Market Research & Brand Visibility
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Gather market insights and share with the management for strategy improvement.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and in-store promotions.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily sales, customer interactions, and order status.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting.
5. Payment Collection & Credit Management
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from retailers.
- Ensure proper documentation for invoices, sales receipts, and account statements.
