Job Description
- Identify and visit potential clients in the real estate industry.
- Pitch the product and demonstrate app features.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold visits, references, or existing leads.

Promote and sell the company’s products or services within an assigned territory.

Generate new leads through market research, local networking, and customer referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients to explain features and benefits.
2. Client Meetings and Relationship Building:

Visit clients regularly to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain long-term relationships.

Provide accurate information about product pricing, availability, and terms of service.

Act as the point of contact between the customer and the company to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of queries.

Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers to increase conversion rates and customer retention.
3. Sales Targets and Reporting:

Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by the sales manager.

Maintain daily records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using company-approved tools (CRM or manual).

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including visit summaries, competitor insights, and sales forecasts.

Track territory performance and suggest strategies for improving outreach or conversion.
4. Territory Management:

Organize and plan visits to optimize time and travel across the assigned sales territory.

Map out key areas and customer segments for targeted sales efforts.

Ensure brand visibility through the distribution of marketing materials or promotional campaigns in the field.

Coordinate with distribution partners, retailers, or resellers as needed (if applicable).
5. Post-Sales Support:

Follow up on deliveries, payment collection, and product installation (if applicable).

Handle customer complaints, returns, or issues efficiently and escalate to support teams if necessary.

Ensure customer satisfaction and gather testimonials or referrals for future sales.
6. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences in the area.

Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

Share market insights with the marketing and product teams to support business strategy and development.
