Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Field Sales Executive* to drive sales of *ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Products and Integrated Solutions* to real estate builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with real estate developers, identifying upcoming projects, promoting ELV solutions, and converting project enquiries into successful orders.
The candidate should have strong field-sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of ELV systems and the real estate project ecosystem.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, market research, and project mapping.- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure projects.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including *developers, purchase teams, project managers, MEP heads, consultants, architects, and contractors*.- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ELV products and solutions.- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and solution proposals in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments to achieve sales targets.- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
