Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Lead Generation

Identify potential customers through field visits, references, cold calling, and networking.

Actively approach individuals, corporate offices, shopping malls, and other public areas to pitch credit card products.

Generate leads through local market visits, customer referrals, and promotional activities.

Maintain a strong database of prospects and update sales reports regularly.
2. Product Promotion and Customer Acquisition

Present the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms of various credit card products to customers.

Offer tailored solutions based on customers’ financial needs and spending patterns.

Highlight promotional offers, rewards programs, cashback benefits, and other perks to attract buyers.

Ensure customers understand all charges, fees, and repayment terms before signing up.
3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-sales assistance, such as activation, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Coordinate with banks and backend teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and offers to provide better solutions.

Gather insights on customer preferences, feedback, and buying behavior.

Share market intelligence with team leaders to improve overall strategies.
5. Documentation and Compliance

Collect, verify, and submit all required KYC documents from customers.

Avoid misrepresentation or misleading information during sales pitches.
