Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, generating leads, presenting company products/services, and closing sales. This role involves direct interaction with customers in the field, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers, shops, dealers, or businesses in an assigned territory to promote and sell company products or services.

Identify potential leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

Explain product features, pricing, and offers in detail.

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.

Take customer requirements and coordinate with the office or backend team for order processing.

Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.

Submit daily/weekly visit reports to the sales manager.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Collect feedback from clients to improve service and satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:

Must be comfortable with field work and daily travel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain and sell products confidently.

Must be result-oriented and goal-driven.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, or CRM tools preferred.

Honest, hardworking, and presentable.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
