Job Description

We are looking for a Employee experience in field Sales of Textiles or any other industry with 2 Wheeler Mandatory. You will get commission apart from Salary if you bring customers from your end.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales in the textile industry or other relevant sectors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales, be comfortable with customer visits, and have a two-wheeler (mandatory) for travel. Apart from a fixed salary, the candidate will earn commissions for bringing in customers from their own network.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and businesses to generate sales.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities and bring in customers from personal contacts.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and payment collection.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

6 months-2 years of field sales experience in textiles or any other industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory) and have a valid driving license.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
