Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Pitching

Visit retail stores within the assigned locality and present the benefits of our software subscription model.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and explain how the software helps retailers streamline operations, track inventory, manage sales, and enhance profitability.

Highlight subscription packages, pricing models, and exclusive offers to encourage sign-ups.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail store owners and decision-makers.

Address customer doubts, queries, and objections effectively during the pitch.

Provide personalized solutions based on the unique needs of each store.

Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for their software adoption journey.

Market Development

Identify potential retail stores that can benefit from our software and generate leads through direct field visits.
-
Keep track of competitor offerings and provide feedback to the management team.

Suggest local marketing initiatives to increase awareness about the software.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of store visits, pitches, and closures in CRM tools.
-
Report daily sales activities, challenges, and achievements to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with the technical support and onboarding team to ensure smooth implementation for new subscribers.

Required Skills & Competencies

Sales & Persuasion Skills

Strong ability to convince and influence retail store owners to adopt the subscription model.

Experience in direct/field sales, B2B, or software product sales will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal communication in the local language, Hindi, and/or English.

Ability to present technical solutions in a simple, business-focused manner.
