Job Title: Field Sales Executive – ShinePoints SoftwareWebsite: https://shinepoints.replit.appCompany: ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd)Job Description:We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits.Key Responsibilities:✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)✅ Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.✅ Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
