We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join Shine Projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward
Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store
owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for
1
st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
- Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.
- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
- Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
- Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
Work Mode & Timings:
- Location: Any area in your assigned city Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily
- Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
