Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation and Lead Conversion:

Identify and pursue potential customers through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door interactions, networking, and referrals.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or online channels.

Understand client needs and present relevant products or services to meet those needs.

Close sales deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

Provide personalized service and solutions based on customer preferences and industry demands.

Respond to client queries, provide product information, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
3. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, pricing, and value proposition.

Conduct live product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Explain technical specifications or usage details to customers when required.
4. Market Research and Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and product offerings.

Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams for continuous improvement.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, orders, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager or Regional Head.

Prepare quotes, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documentation as needed.
6. Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators).

Plan and manage your sales territory efficiently to maximize customer coverage and revenue.

Develop and execute a weekly plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals.
