Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with customers in the field, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting and selling the company’s products or services. This role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets through face-to-face interactions, client visits, and territory management.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales manager.

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products and expand market presence.

Manage territory efficiently to maximize sales coverage and penetration.
