Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in onboarding cab, bike, auto-rickshaw, and e-rickshaw drivers onto our mobility platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential driver-partners, explain the benefits of joining our platform, and complete the onboarding process in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with people from different backgrounds, and achieving daily/weekly onboarding targets. Key Responsibilities

1. Driver Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Visit locations such as auto stands, parking zones, garages, public transport hubs, and fuel stations to identify and approach potential driver-partners.

  • Explain the benefits of the company’s mobility platform, including earnings potential, incentives, flexible work hours, insurance, and support services.

  • Persuade eligible drivers (cab, bike, auto, and e-rickshaw) to register on the platform by completing the required documentation and digital onboarding process.

  • Guide drivers through the registration steps including form filling, mobile app installation, KYC documentation, and vehicle verification.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for activation, account setup, and issue resolution.

2. Target Achievement

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets as set by the Area Sales Manager.

  • Track productivity, conversion ratios, and source-wise acquisition performance.

  • Maintain discipline in daily reporting, attendance, and route planning.

3. Relationship Management

  • Develop trust and rapport with driver-partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and address initial doubts or objections.

  • Provide post-onboarding support for app usage, trip acceptance, earnings tracking, and incentive understanding.

  • Educate driver-partners about behavioral expectations, service quality, and safety protocols.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Collect real-time feedback from the field regarding driver concerns, competitor activities, and operational challenges.

  • Share insights with the central onboarding or strategy team to improve driver experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded drivers, follow-ups, and drop-offs in digital or physical logs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass. A degree or diploma in any field is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience: Prefer experience in field sales, direct marketing, logistics, transportation, or any on-ground acquisition role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills in local language (Hindi, [Insert regional language], basic English).

    • Ability to connect with blue-collar workforce (drivers, mechanics, auto operators, etc.)

    • Basic smartphone literacy (installing apps, capturing documents, using maps and Google Forms).

    • Target-oriented mindset with persistence and problem-solving ability.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to work extensively in the field (minimum 80% field work).

    • Owning a smartphone is mandatory.

    • Owning a two-wheeler is preferred (with valid driving license).

    • Ability to travel within assigned areas.
