Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Captain Onboarding & Activation:
-
Identify and approach potential bike riders interested in joining Rapido as Captains.

Guide them through the registration and verification process, ensuring all necessary documents (Driving License, RC, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) are submitted and verified.

Assist in setting up their profiles on the Rapido Captain app.

Field Engagement & Relationship Management:
-
Visit hotspots like auto stands, fuel stations, and transport hubs to connect with potential Captains.

Conduct field campaigns and awareness drives to educate riders about Rapido’s benefits.

Maintain good relationships with Captains to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.

Target Achievement & Performance Tracking:
-
Meet and exceed monthly Captain activation targets as per company goals.

Track daily activations and report progress to the team leader/manager.
-
Address and resolve any issues faced by new Captains during onboarding.

Market Research & Feedback Collection:
-
Gather insights on competitor activities and challenges faced by Captains.
-
Provide feedback on market trends to improve onboarding strategies.
