Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential clients in the field, presenting products or services, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. A successful candidate should be persuasive, energetic, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new business prospects in assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
