- Escorting Clients throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities/pricing etc. are briefed properly.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Tactically answering all possible queries of clients.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing visited customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Closely following up with the visited clients and trying to close the deal.
- Generating 4 Sales (Average) per month.
- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads to move them toward closure.
- Write & maintain detailed remarks of each client visited.
- Making sure that client data privacy is maintained.
- Report on sales activities to senior management
- Provide proper feedback on leads assigned.
- Follow-up for Payments/dues.
