Job Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Executive to work with a leading bank. The role involves visiting customers, explaining banking products, and opening new accounts at their doorstep. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, target-based sales, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Doorstep Banking Sales – Visit potential customers and help them open savings/current accounts.
✅ Explain Banking Products – Educate customers about account benefits, debit cards, mobile banking, etc.
✅ Collect & Verify Documents – Ensure proper KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof) submission.
✅ Achieve Sales Targets – Meet monthly account-opening goals set by the bank.
✅ Customer Relationship Management – Build strong connections to generate referrals.
✅ Follow Compliance & Guidelines – Ensure banking regulations and processes are followed.
