Job Description
About the Role:
Urban Company is looking for energetic Field Executives to onboard service professionals (house help/maids) onto our platform. This is a field role that requires on ground visits, convincing professionals, and completing their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local areas to meet potential service professionals.
- Explain Urban Company s platform, earning potential, and benefits.
- Assist with documentation, verification, and onboarding.
- Ensure professionals complete training and induction.
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
- 0 2 years experience in field sales/operations.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field travel within the city (Should have bike)
- Local language proficiency and ability to speak multiple local languages is a plus.
