Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business, meet customers, promote products/services, and achieve sales. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, customer relationship management, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
• Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates with SSLC, PUC, a Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with relevant sales, marketing, customer service, or field-work experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
• Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned area for customer visits and business development.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales positions.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, punctual, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Local-area knowledge and familiarity with the local market will be an added advantage.
