Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and target-oriented individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive. This is a customer-facing role that involves traveling within an assigned territory, meeting potential and existing customers, and selling company products or services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers by conducting market surveys, door-to-door visits, cold calls, or attending trade shows and events.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities within assigned areas through field visits.

  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

  • Promote and explain company products or services to prospective customers.

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer concerns or issues professionally.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company's product range and services.

  • Conduct effective product presentations, including live demos (if applicable), to customers.

  • Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and usage in a clear and convincing manner.

4. Target Achievement:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the manager.

  • Track performance metrics such as sales volume, order frequency, and territory coverage.

  • Suggest strategies to improve sales outcomes and customer engagement.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, payments, and follow-ups.

  • Submit daily sales reports, field activity summaries, and market feedback to the reporting manager.

  • Use CRM tools or mobile apps provided by the company for data entry and customer management.

6. Market Intelligence:

  • Keep an eye on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and new products.

  • Provide feedback to the company about customer preferences, product performance, and market trends.

  • Share actionable insights with the internal team to improve sales strategy.

7. Coordination & Teamwork:

  • Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, customer support, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and smooth client servicing.

  • Collaborate with other field sales executives to cover larger areas and support campaigns.

  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales reviews, and product updates.
