Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.

Generate leads in assigned territories by visiting commercial establishments, retail outlets, households, or other customer locations.

Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective customers.
2. Customer Visits and Relationship Building:

Conduct daily field visits to meet existing and new clients.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build long-term business.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services accordingly.
3. Product Promotion and Demonstration:

Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.

Distribute marketing materials, brochures, or samples when necessary.

Conduct live product demonstrations or presentations at customer sites or promotional events.
4. Order Booking and Sales Closure:

Negotiate and close sales deals based on customer requirements.

Take and process orders accurately and efficiently through company software or order forms.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
5. Market Intelligence:

Collect feedback from the market and customers about pricing, product preferences, and competitors.

Monitor competitor activity and submit timely reports to the management team.

Provide suggestions for new product development or service improvements.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, sales achieved, and customer interactions.

Submit regular updates to the Area Sales Manager via CRM tools, WhatsApp, or email as per company norms.

Ensure all customer and order data is recorded accurately.
7. After-Sales Support:

Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, documentation, or future requirements.

Address and escalate complaints or service issues to the support team when necessary.

Build loyalty and repeat business through excellent service and communication.
