Market Development
- Market mapping
- Development of institutional customers/ project customers
- Seeking approval from architects/consultants/ specifiers/Builders
- Timely promotional activity (conducting meets/ participation in exhibitions/ proper utilization of pop)
- Competition activity feedback periodically.
Achievement of Annual Sales Target in Volume
- Regular visits to customers
- Follow journey cycles
- Weekly order booking and ensuring order execution
- Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance
Customer Satisfaction
- Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries
- Attending customer complaints and if required co-ordinate with the technical team for resolution
Key performance index
- % of achievement against the target
- No. of approvals from architect/ consultant/Specifiers
- No. of new OEM / customers developed in quarters
- 100% collection of payment on time/ No overdue outstanding
Knowledge:
Any graduate. Fresher of 0 to 2 years experience in sales, handing distributors, OEM customers, and builders, preferably from electrical industries
Skills:
Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation
