Sales Executive - Cables & ELV Products

Key Goals and related activities

Market Development

• Market mapping
• Development of institutional customers/ project customers
• Seeking approval from architects/consultants/ specifiers/Builders
• Timely promotional activity (conducting meets/ participation in exhibitions/ proper utilization of pop)
• Competition activity feedback periodically.

Achievement of Annual Sales Target in Volume

• Regular visits to customers
• Follow journey cycles
• Weekly order booking and ensuring order execution
• Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance

Customer Satisfaction

• Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries
• Attending customer complaints and if required co-ordinate with the technical team for resolution

Key performance index

• % of achievement against the target
• No. of approvals from architect/ consultant/Specifiers
• No. of new OEM / customers developed in quarters
• 100% collection of payment on time/ No overdue outstanding

Knowledge:

Any graduate. Fresher of 0 to 2 years experience in sales, handing distributors, OEM customers, and builders, preferably from electrical industries

Skills:

Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation
