Visit client/customer locations as per assigned schedule

Deliver or collect documents, payments, or products as required

Assist in on-site service, customer verification (KYC), or installation processes

Maintain daily reports of visits, issues, and resolutions

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery

Follow company protocols for safety, compliance, and reporting

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream

Prior field experience (1+ years preferred) in operations, logistics, sales, or service

Basic understanding of smartphones, apps, and reporting tools

Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler (mandatory)

Good communication skills in [local language] and basic English

Physically fit and willing to travel within assigned areas
