Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets. This role involves fieldwork, meeting clients, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers for banking products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, etc.).
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through direct selling.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities in local markets.
- Conduct field visits to businesses, offices, and individual customers.
- Collaborate with the bank’s internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Assist customers in completing applications, KYC, and necessary paperwork.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
5. Brand Promotion & Marketing
- Promote banking products through events, networking, and outreach programs.
- Educate customers about offers, interest rates, and benefits of banking services.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
