Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive the sales of Wiom Broadband services in Lucknow, Bareilly, Meerut, and Mathura. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in direct sales within the telecommunications industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our broadband plans, and achieving sales targets by converting leads into active subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Actively identify and approach potential customers (residential and commercial) within assigned territories to promote and sell Wiom Broadband connections.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain Wiom Broadband plans, features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through door-to-door visits, local market surveys, participation in promotional activities, and networking within the community.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets for new broadband subscriptions.
- Customer Relationship: Build rapport with potential customers, address their queries, and provide accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Documentation: Assist customers with the subscription process, ensuring accurate completion of application forms and collection of necessary documents.
- Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer needs, providing valuable feedback to the sales management team.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, client interaction logs, and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer interaction roles will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of direct sales principles and customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and comfortably interact with diverse customer groups.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to effectively convince potential customers and handle objections.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-driven, and disciplined towards achieving sales targets.
- Field Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for sales activities.
- Problem-Solving: Basic ability to address customer queries and provide solutions.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹18,000 CTC per month
- Additional: Conveyance allowance will be provided.
