Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Present the company services to potential clients and close sales in line with monthly targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for management.
Stay up to date on fuel market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through market visits, cold calling, and referrals.

Visit shops, offices, homes, or establishments to promote the company’s products/services.

Distribute promotional materials and explain product benefits effectively.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Present and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.

Negotiate deals and close sales independently or with support from senior staff.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, follow-ups, and problem resolution.

Maintain client records and update CRM or reporting sheets regularly.
4. Market Research and Feedback:

Gather insights on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotions.

Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategic planning.

Identify new market opportunities and report untapped segments to management.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain a daily log of sales visits, client interactions, and orders generated.

Submit sales reports, performance metrics, and expense reports to the reporting manager.

Ensure all documentation related to sales, customer KYC, and product delivery is accurate and complete.
6. Team Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinate with the supply chain, delivery, and customer support teams for smooth post-sales service.

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.

Share successful sales strategies and field insights with colleagues.
