The Executive would have to:

Making appointments with Truck-owners and pitching wheel eye offerings
Convince fleet owners to purchase wheel eye services after negotiating prices
Achieving sales targets to earn a bonus of up to 80000 per month
Upsell the existing onboard truckers with Tyre Sales / Insurance / Fuel Cards etc
Collecting payments and submitting details to the sales office
Train Truckers about basic usage of the wheelseye product/application
Incentive will be received in the next month itself (with the salary)
Escalation Management and Handholding truckers with after sales service
Incentive of INR 200 per paid installation
Incentive is for every paid installations. Starts from the first paid installation itself (Paid
installation is where installation is done and Software+Hardware payment is received)
