Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive field sales activities, building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our market presence.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse ice candy offerings and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
5. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales management team.
6. Requirements:
7. Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. Freshers are also welcome.
8. Goal-oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
9. Self-motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
10. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
