Job Description

Objectives of this role

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing

performance data, and making forecasts

• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base Regular

field visits involve meetings with ideal clients to build, prospect, and qualify leads

• for addition to the sales funnel (Excel Sheet)

• Generate face-to-face Appoint and present and Explain our services as per

customer Need

• After the appointment, share the proposal and quotation with the client. And strong

follow

• Once the client finalizes the service, receive the purchase order (PO), and then

proceed with the payment process.

• Providing daily progress reports to the reporting authority.

• Contributing to the Monthly Sales and marketing plan.


Required skills and qualifications

Any Graduate Post Graduate Field Candidate, Experienced/Freshers

Good command over English and Kannada, with proficiency in any other regional

language, adds value

Good command over Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Presentation Skill etc.

Should understand client requirements & share with management team

Prepare Proposal Templates/Quotes and be fluent in negotiations for successful

sales closures

Candidate need to have Bike and Valid Licence to Drive. 20% in Time.
